Posted by: val on: September 23, 2008

My housemate and I made this agreement that everyone will give “duit raya” to everyone younger than them. And because I’m the youngest in this house, I don’t have to give “duit raya” to anyone. Among the seven of them, Anis, Nad, Qiqi, Haha, Ayuni, Shasha and Fariha, Anis was the one who first give me “duit raya”… Guess how much… That “duit raya” she gave, was the first “duit raya” I ever get… tapi amount dia x ble blah… Rm0.20…. hahahaha… Nevermind… I’ll keep it and never use it… The others, where is my “duit raya”? Hahaha…

This is a story about Ali… Told by his teacher and it goes something like this…

Ali is a boy, about 9 years old. He doesn’t like it when people mess around with his life. But he messes around with everyone’s life (owh well, he’s a 9 years old… still cannot think straight, so wut the heck). He will brag about “other people should not be buzzing around about other people’s life”. He will keep on bragging every time he got the chance too… one day, one of his fellow schoolmate build a chicken coop for the science farm at school. It is built specially for the science and math club. A thing about Ali is that, he hates chicken. Ali in not a member of the science and math club, so the existence of the chicken coop, has nothing to do with him. He keeps on complaining about the chicken coop to everyone. At first, everyone ignored him, but he isn’t satisfied because nobody bothered about what he thinks. Everybody was like “Damn that boy, he keeps on bragging about not to buzz about other people’s life, den why would he complain about the coop? it’s not like it got something to do with him.” It is somewhat like ‘cakap x serupa bikin’ (a malay proverb)He hates the chicken, but he’ll go to the coop everyday to look at them (if u hate them, u don’t have to purposely look at them u idiot… opps, I forgot.. he’s a 9 years old who knows nothing about his idiotic behavior) and then, acting like a moron, he stick out his tongue to the chicken (I wonder if those chicken understand that sign… well of course not right… hahahahaha).

And then comes the moment where he could not stand it anymore. He picks up a stone and throws it straight to the chicken’s head until it all died. Because of his unreasonable action he is send to the headmaster’s office.

Headmaster : Why do you hate chicken so much Ali?

Ali : Because they’re meaningless and a waste of time.

Headmaster : I thought you were the one who brag around about “other people should not be buzzing around about other people’s life”. Why bother about the chicken? Does it have anything to with your life?

Ali : No, I’m free and have nothing to do, so I went on and complain about the chicken. I just want some attention.

Headmaster : why did u throw stone at those chickens? What do you think others think about you stupid action?

Ali : geez, why are people nowadays had to be so sensitive? I was only trying to improve my aiming skills. I don’t think I need to apologize. Why? Because I throw those stone to be better in aiming. Now, I’m more confident shooting 3 points for next month’s basket ball game and I’m getting better. I really do, don’t u think it’s a good thing Mister?

Headmaster : You think that everybody is stupid enough to believe that? Well, they will when they are as narrow minded as you. Does the chicken’s head looks like a net to you?

Other teachers : let him be headmaster, he’s just a 9 years old. What else could he say to cover up his brainless action.

This story was specially made for an idiotic guy who complains about what other people do when he himself always said, others should not bother about others life. It’s their life, they can do anything about it, and other people don’t have the right to do anything. But in the end, he was the one who complain about what others do. God knows what his problem is. You see, he wrote about it. Complaining and complaining and complaining. HELLO!!! You wanna play with words, I can play with words as well and I can strike thousand times harder than you. Can you believe his excuse is, I was only trying to improve my English. Yeah rite… Improving… like anybody would believe that…

SPEDIALLY DEDICATED

Posted by: val on: September 10, 2008

This story is about a young man goes by the name Dik’ed, long long time ago in Netherlands where Peterpan used to live before he went to London and get marry with Wendy’s granddaughter, Mandy. This story about Dik’ed, happened long time before Peterpan was even born. Dik’ed is actually Tinkerbell’s great great step uncle and is very famous because of his proud, ‘matured’, ‘good’ manner and his ‘inspiring’ talk to all the fairies in Netherlands (so what everybody thought).

One day, in one of his ‘talk’, he proudly tells every fairy that comes:

‘What you’re doing is none of other fairy’s business. It’s your life, you have controls of it. Other fairies cannot do anything about it, and other fairies should not be bothered about it. Why bother about other fairies’ life’

Everyone was mesmerized.

‘What a matured talk’

‘I bet he live a peaceful life to have that thought’

And the flatter goes on and on… One day, while browsing through his crystal ball to so called see what is going on with his fellow fairy friends in Netherland, he found this ‘poems’ copied and edited by one of his fairy friend. He hated it, so much…

(Reading through the story, from how Dik’ed was described, I thought he would just leave the matter alone, because he was so busy talking about never to mind on what other fairies does. It’s their life, they can do anything they want.)

But surprisingly, the complete opposite happens. Dik’ed hated those ‘poems’, but he keeps on reading him and get sick by it every time.

(Stupid thing to do, he doesn’t like it, but he keeps on read it. It’s like putting yourself in side a crocodile’s head even though you know you don’t have to… hahahaha…)

And then, he started to write poems as well, criticizing the ‘poems’ he read. He will stick out his tongue to his crystal ball every time a new ‘poem’ comes out(so childish and immature don’t you think?)

It turned out that everything he flatters around before about my life, your life, others’ life, don’t bother on what other fairies does is all just crappy phrases comes out from a totally lost fairy. He said something and did exactly the opposite. (no wonder he got the name Dik’ed. Hahahahaha….) and he live brainless ever after.

Moral of the story: dun talk about something if u urself aren’t able to not to do it… coz it make u look like a complete brainless idiot (he doesn’t have brain, of course he’s an idiot. He cannot think ma..)

ROY PENNER

He is 19 this year and he is studying at Politeknik Sarawak. My mum describes him as the angel of the family. May be because he is the most religious and forgiving person among us siblings. But one thing for sure, he is my contras. I’m loud but he is quiet, I’m stubborn and he never says no to my parents, I keep on loosing my temper and he keep on telling people to be patient. He is single, used to have a girlfriend before but I’m not really sure what happen between them. According to him, distance broke them up. He is the one responsible of me playing counterstrike and taught me how to ride a bike. Whenever I’m stressed out, everything seems okay whenever he is around because he is a very good listener. He really loves romantic movie or drama genre (wasn’t I am the one who supposed to love that?)

JACKSON

We call him Jack and he is 13 this year. He is almost as tall as I am and the biggest Jay Chou fan in our house. He can even sing JC’s song better than I can and his cell phone is full with JC’s song. I made him really jealous when I told him I went to JC’s concert. He has a girlfriend and she is a year older than him. He will spend most of his time playing game, listening to JC or talk to his girl on the phone. He had grown a lot this year, spending 2 months during semester leave tells me all. He is not the little stubborn kid I once knew. He is a bit matured, quiet and listens more now. People say that he’s cute, well I dunno bout that. He is the one who pissed me off often, but still, I love him.

MACRYAN

His real name is Macryan and we call him Mike. He’s 11 this year and will be taking UPSR next year. He loves Indonesian drama and songs too. My mum said, among all my brothers he is the one who is so much like me. Not the physical looks, but our attitude. In my mum’s word ‘kasar and ganas’. May be because he is rebellious just like me… haha… He loves playing computer game too, he will be arguing with my youngest brother on who should play first. He plays counter strike better than me and hardworking. Every time I need help around the house, instead of asking from his two brothers, I’ll ask him. Because I know he is willing to help. Except when he is watching Indonesian drama and playing computer games.

CYRILL BLESS

He is the baby of the house, the most pampered one. We called him ‘Budak kecik’ or ‘Bos kecik’ or anything with ‘kecik’ at the back. He will be on his best manner when he is alone at the house with me, but when my parents get back he will turn to this little annoying, naughty brat that will piss everyone. He is afraid of me the most, but if my other brothers bully him, he will always be searching for me coz he know I have his back. Don’t be fooled by the picture, he’s very good in changing his facial expression. Every time I call home, he wouldn’t want to talk to me, because he told my mum once ‘saya suda besar, org besar x ble rindu org lain’ huhuhu… but when I’m home, I know he miss me a lot. From the way he wants to sit besides me, want to sleep next to me, want me to send him to school and he want to accompany me watching tv till late at night. I love him so much…

4bia

Posted by: val on: August 24, 2008

I recently went to watch this new released Thailand horror movie, 4BIA with my Boo at the cinema. Watching the movie was the best movie watching at the cinema ever, I screamed once and laugh lots of times… Don’t ask why.

The movie is directed by the director of The Shutter, and rest assures the movie is one of the best horror movies ever. For the horror movie fans like myself out there, I would highly recommend for you to watch this movie, since nowadays it is hard to really find a horror movie that really scared the viewers to death. Although the movie isn’t as scary as Alone (another movie from the director of The Shutter and 4bia), it is still worth to watch. This movie is about a lonely young woman who receives a mysterious SMS, students with a deadly talisman, boys on a jungle adventure and a scared flight attendant alone on a plane with a dead body as its only passenger.

I find it hard to convince my fellow housemates (not all, but most) to join me watching horror movie. I don’t understand why they don’t like horror genre when I find that it is the best movie genre ever (if it does scare the hell out of me). But it will be really disappointing if it sucks… The moment when your heart is pounding, waiting for the ghost to show itself and end up screaming is the best moment ever, I mean, when will you get the chance to scream your lungs out without anyone asking why?

2 Cups Of Coffee..

Posted by: val on: August 16, 2008

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was. The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was. The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous “yes.” The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
The golf balls are the important things – your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions – and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.The sand is everything else – the small stuff.
“Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents.
Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.
The coffee just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.”

EATING INSIDE!!!

Posted by: val on: June 13, 2008

When something happened in the past and it destroys something you believe about yourself, what would you do? Would you cry your eyes out? Would you change? Would you consider committing suicide? Would you kill? Or would you let your tears and grudge eat you in the inside?

When something happened in the past change you and made you believe that you’ll never be the best for someone, what would you do?

Life has never been fair to anyone,

Life has never been easy to anyone,

Sounds pathetic right?

> This is one the post I posted in my friendster blog…

It does sounds pathetic…
